I hope these make sense. You can make this box any size you wish, and any depth you wish. If you would like it to be a 5 inch box that is 1 inch deep, you would need to cut a piece of cardstock 7 x 7. Score each side at 1 inch. The top you need to add 1/8". So, your cardstock would be 7 1/8 x 7 1/8. Score at 1 inch. Cut the scored folds on opposite ends to make flaps that you fold in and adhere. Use a circle punch to punch a half circle for easy gripping. If you want the box to be 6 inches wide and 1 inch deep, You would need to cut your cardstock 8 x 8. Score at 1" on all sides.
